PhotoID is a feature that takes photos with device camera during each Checkin/Checkout. However, there may be a problem while capturing picture during Punch if:

  1. Older version of the App is running on handheld device (mobile phone/tablet etc.). Please ensure that the latest version of App is installed.
  2. Camera access permission to is disallowed in device/browser settings. Please ensure to allow access. Click here to watch a tutorial on how to self Diagnose if camera access is allowed or not.

After updating App and allowing camera access, if problem still persists while taking photo, enable Camera Safe Mode in Preferences page after logging into the App. Click here to watch a tutorial on Preferences.
