All Reports can be exported to mail or downloaded directly to your device. When exporting to Email, you can send the Report either to your ID or to any other Custom Email ID.

  1. Check your Email Spam Folder
  2. When exporting to Custom Email ID (i.e. Send to Custom Email), please ensure that Email ID entered is a valid working ID.
  3. When exporting to your ID (i.e. Send to my Email), please ensure that it is a valid working Email ID.
  4. Mail delivery may be delayed due to slow network
